Brace yourself for this review!
The King Suite with Spa Bath was an absolute gem! Spacious, clean, and filled with vintage charm. The cozy fireplace and ample pillows made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, all beach essentials were provided, a total win! Just a minor note—the upstairs room had no A/C, but it was manageable.

The room was super comfortable, and checking in was a breeze. I loved lounging by the sun terrace and soaking up the rays on the sun loungers. Just a heads up, the room names can be a bit confusing at first, but it didn't take away from my stay. 😊

Cute getaway with charm!
We had such a nice stay! The place is super clean and cozy, and each room has its own vibe. It’s just a short walk to the beach and Carlsbad Village, which was awesome for late-night strolls. On the downside, a little more info on check-in woulda been nice since it’s self-service. But everything else was lovely, especially the little breakfast snacks.

Overall a Nice Stay with Some Drawbacks
We enjoyed our time in the Queen Suite, especially the cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect for beach walks. However, the shower lacked water pressure, making it less enjoyable. Future guests should consider dining at nearby restaurants for greater variety.

Absolutely loved the cozy, vintage vibe in the Queen Suite with Spa Bath! The fireplace and reading nook were total mood-setters. Plus, the beach essentials like chairs and umbrellas were such a score for our beach days!
While it would have been a plus to have a microwave or fridge in our room, it didn't detract too much from our stay. Just a heads-up about the Amtrak trains nearby—those horns can be a bit loud at night!

This place was just a suitable option for a temporary stay in Carlsbad at a reasonable price. The coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch, though I wish there was coffee in my room. Bring your own toiletries if you need more than the basics.

We stayed in the Queen Suite with Spa Bath, and it was such a cozy vibe! The vintage decor and fireplace were super charming. The reading nook was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us. The room was spacious and very clean, really comfortable for a great stay! The only bummer was no fridge or microwave, but that didn't ruin our fun.
